Wow! I Pinned& Copied quite a few Recipes here& some for Tonight for Cinco de Mayo ! The rest are for Taco Tuesday or Thursday, whether I have Tacos of not, it is Anything Mexican. I like to make Casseroles or Separate things & pair together & I mix it up. Ground Beef, Chicken, Steak, Pork, Fish, Shrimp, Chorizo & Vegetables. Sometimes I top Casserolesc w/ Cornbread, or serve it on the side, Do Breakfast Burritos & Eggs in Tomato Sauce & I do make Tex Mex as well. It is All Good.
