Why You’ll Love These Shrimp Tacos

  • Crispy Panko Breading – The breadcrumb coating of this air fryer shrimp is made crispy by using Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Better For You Than Frying—Deep frying uses lots of oil, whereas air frying does not, so the shrimp is much lighter and better than deep frying.

  • Hand-held Goodness—Who doesn’t love finger food? The crispy Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos can be hand-held for a delightful appetizer or tasty dinner!

Recipe Tips

Crispy Coating—Drizzle with a little olive oil or spray them with olive oil cooking spray to help the panko breadcrumb coating crisp up nicely.

Don’t Overcook Shrimp—This will avoid chewy shrimp. When perfectly cooked, shrimp should be C-shaped, but if they are overcooked, they will be O-shaped.

Store Shrimp and Bang Bang Sauce Separately – Bang Bang Sauce should only be added to the shrimp just before serving; otherwise, it could make the coating on the shrimp soggy.

Spicy Cilantro Lime Slaw – This light and refreshing cilantro lime slaw is a perfect side or topping for the Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos!
