It is that time of year again. The time of year when I will never have control of the remote control because Mr. Flavor Mosaic is flipping through channels watching a playoff game, or watching the sports commentary on this game day. I won’t see the remote again until after the really Big Game. You know the one that is in a couple of weeks. Mr. Flavor Mosaic will have studied all the play calls, stats, and you name it.

For me the Big Game is all about getting together with our family and friends, and serving some delicious food! That is a touchdown in my book! However, with work, blogging, and taking care of an elderly parent, I don’t have as much time as I would like to prepare the food for the Big Game. That is why I rely on Farm Rich to create some easy no-fuss yummy appetizers for game day.

Ingredients

▢ 1 (17-ounce) package Farm Rich® Boneless BBQ Chicken Bites
▢ 3 oz tortilla chips
▢ 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
▢ Top with your favorite toppings chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, or sour cream

Instructions

Prepare the Farm Rich® Boneless BBQ Chicken Bites according to package instructions.
Layer the tortilla chips on a plate. Top with the prepared Farm Rich® Boneless BBQ Chicken Bites. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the chips and chicken.
Microwave for about 1 minute.
Top with your favorite toppings such as chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, or sour cream.
