Easy Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Easy Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies are delicious and could not be any easier to make.  You only need 5 ingredients and in 15-minutes you can have warm fudgy, chocolate chip cookies hot out of the oven!  You can’t get any better than that.

Easy Nutella Cookies-3
Last week we had a crisis in the Flavor Mosaic house.  That’s right.  We were out of butter!  Ack!  I know.  How could I let that happen, especially when I NEEEEEDED a chocolate chip cookie?  What?  Don’t you ever have those moments?  Of course you do.

Easy Nutella Cookies-4
However, no fear, I got online and found the Easy 5-Ingredient Fudgy Nutella Cookies with Sea Salt from Ambitious Kitchen.  No butter required! And ANYTHING with Nutella is fantastic in my opinion!  I could eat that stuff out of the jar.  I needed to make these cookies so I didn’t just sit there and eat spoonfuls of Nutella by itself. How’s that for logic? Works for me!

I didn’t have the sea salt.  No matter.  I had chocolate chips, which I think is even better. You can never go wrong with chocolate chips. This recipe is so easy. You don’t even need a mixer, just a spoon.

In a big bowl, stir together flour, 1 egg, sugar, and Nutella. Then, stir in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed in the dough.

Then drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

See. Easy! Now it is your turn. If you like this Nutella recipe, check out our No Bake Nutella Cheesecake Recipe!

LOL! I consider it an emergency if there is no Nutella in the house.

This is great. The worst part of making cookies is waiting for the butter to soften. Problem solved.

Just found this & wish there were some weight conversions. The U.K. doesn’t use the cup measurement system & i’m in need of these so badly 🙁
I’ll just have to guess, worst comes to worst, I’ll have very Nutella-y cookies 🙂
    Thanks x
