- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener (or 4 teaspoons sugar)
- Garnish:
- Refrigerated whipped topping
- Crushed peppermints
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring milk to a boil. Stir continuously.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Add in peppermint extract and SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener, or sugar, or sweetener of your choice.
- Garnish with whipped topping and crushed peppermints.
- Serve hot and Enjoy!

To reduce the sugar in this sweet drink I reduce the usual amount of white chocolate chips. Don’t worry it still has lots of that white chocolate flavor. Then I add SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener to sweeten it more.

Wouldn’t the white chips be plenty sweet without the stevia? There is already sugar in the chips. So avoiding sugar isn’t even an option really.
