Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper Pizza
Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper Pizza. My husband is counting the days until the pigskins start flying. In other words, the countdown to college football has begun. To prepare for the big game, I’m starting to plan the food. Since pizza is always a hit, I created this Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper Pizza, adapted from Bakeaholic Mama.
It is also a great way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken. Plus pizzas are so quick and easy to make at home and often taste better than delivery. This one has a lot of bold flavors in it, including buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, bacon, jalapeños, and blue cheese. You may never have a pizza delivered again!

- 1 package ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 4 strips of bacon cooked, chopped
- 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped (adjust according to taste)
- 1 tablespoon ish hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon ish hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
