Below, I discuss the ingredients and possible substitutions if you don’t have a specific ingredient. However, if you are looking for the specific measurements of each ingredient, scroll down to the bottom of this article, just above the comments, for the printable recipe card, which includes all the ingredients and the specific amounts of each one.
- Pizza Dough – You can use store-bought pizza dough from the grocery store or your homemade pizza dough recipe.
- Cream Cheese
- Ranch Dressing – I used creamy ranch dressing. However, If you prefer, you could use blue cheese dressing instead.
- Chicken – Use shredded chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken breast.
- Bacon – You’ll want to use good quality bacon that makes nice crispy bacon on the pizza.
- Jalapenos – If you don’t want to use spicy jalapenos, you could use jarred jalapeño slices, bell peppers, such as red and green peppers, or green onions instead.
- Buffalo Sauce – Use a spicy buffalo sauce, like Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese – I used shredded Mozzarella, but you could also use fresh mozzarella
- Bleu Cheese – Use a good quality bleu cheese to be crumbled on top.
