Mexican Turkey Garbanzo Bean Salad
- Honeysuckle White® Ready to Season Turkey Breast Strips
- Taco Seasoning (either store-bought or homemade)
- Garbanzo beans
- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Queso Fresco
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- Olive oil
- Lime juice
- Sugar
- Apple cider vinegar
- Cilantro
- Garlic
- Mexican oregano
- Salt and pepper
How To Make Mexican Turkey Garbanzo Bean Salad

- Place the Honeysuckle White Ready To Season Turkey Breast Strips in a flat bottomed dish or bowl.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and taco seasoning over all sides of the turkey.
Add oil to a skillet over medium heat on top of the stove and cook the turkey for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl combine the rinsed and drained garbanzo beans, chopped cucumbers, chopped carrots, avocado bites, and cilantro in a bowl.
Add the cooked turkey on top. Drizzle the Mexican Turkey Garbanzo Bean Salad with the Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette.
Sprinkle with queso fresco cheese.
How To Make The Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
In a bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, sugar, apple cider vinegar, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, and Mexican oregano.

Ingredients
Mexican Turkey Garbanzo Bean Salad
- 1 16-ounce package Honeysuckle White® Ready to Season Turkey Breast Strips
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons taco seasoning (either store bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 15-ounce cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 8 baby carrots, chopped
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (1 clove)
- 1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
