Chicken Alfredo Sliders are a quick and easy gluten-free meal solution for a weeknight dinner or party appetizer.
With summer vacation over, school starting, and our work schedules going into overdrive, September is an outrageously busy month. Add to that a 2-hour commute, and I don’t have a lot of time to spend fixing dinner and cleaning up. Dinner needs to be quick and easy!
So when I was asked to share my experience with Gluten Free products at Walmart and create an easy meal solution, I jumped at the chance. I had written about Udi’s Gluten Free Chicken Burrito’s previously, and today I’m sharing my dinner recipe made with Udi’s Chicken Alfredo Frozen Skillet Meal and Glutino’s Premium English Muffins.
At my Walmart, near the Deli, they had a kiosk featuring the gluten-free products available at Walmart and were having demonstrations and providing samples to taste. I tasted Udi’s Chicken Alfredo Frozen Skillet Meal with gluten-free bread and loved it. So I headed over to the frozen foods aisle to find it.
In addition to the Chicken Alfredo, I saw Glutino’s Premium English Muffins. I bought that in addition to the Ud’s Chicken Alfredo Frozen Skillet meal to create an easy gluten-free dinner.
With only 2 ingredients (plus lettuce and tomato), I had made a delicious lunch by heating up the Udi’s Chicken Alfredo, and then place a half of an english muffin on a plate and topping it with the Chicken Alfredo, and lettuce or spinach and tomato slices to make a sandwich.
Serve it with a salad or gluten-free chips for a complete meal.
Next time you are at Walmart check out the gluten-free products in the frozen foods aisle, as well as the dry goods area.

I have a package of the Chicken Alfredo in my freezer. I never thought about using it as a sandwich ingredient. I may have to give this a whirl. Great post!

I have had the pleasure of trying Udi’s Chicken Alfredo and it’s delicious on its own but I can’t wait to try it the way you have in this recipe! What a great idea! I would have never thought of serving it on an english muffin.

You’re right. It is delicious on it’s own, but combined with Glutino’s English Muffins, it takes it over the top.
