When I was little our next door neighbor spent about 2 months before Christmas baking every kind of cookie and baked goods imaginable. It was like walking into a bakery.

Today I don’t have as much time to bake as she did or as many people to feed but I still love to bake, especially with the Christmas tree up and the Christmas music playing, it creates such a warm and comforting environment. I call it baking therapy.
