Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

This Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie is a sweet and creamy, protein-rich tropical smoothie that makes a yummy portable breakfast for back to school!

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

It is time for back to school. Has your kid’s school started yet? If not, it will soon. One of the hardest things to do is to get kids to eat a nutritious protein-rich breakfast before heading off to school.

I’ve got a great, easy, nutritious, and sweet and creamy breakfast that your kids will love! It puts the “moo” in a smoothie!

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

This Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie is easy, creamy, and packed with nine (9) essential nutrients. What makes this smoothie such a nutrition powerhouse? It is because it is made with cow’s milk.

One glass of cow’s milk has a whopping 8 grams of protein. You would have to drink 8 cups of almond milk to match the protein in 1 cup of cow’s milk. Cows milk has only 3 ingredients: milk vitamin A and vitamin D. It is also affordable. When you buy cow’s milk by the gallon, each glass costs only about a quarter.

What I love is that I can feel good about serving my kids this Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie for a quick and easy breakfast with a tropical vibe.

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

It is great because you can make it in minutes. Literally, it is so easy your kids could make it themselves. In addition, it makes a portable breakfast for when you are on the go.

I also love the fresh strawberries and crushed pineapple in this smoothie that give it a bit of a tropical island feel. However, you could use any fruit you like.

It couldn’t be any easier to make. Just add the cow’s milk, chopped strawberries, and crushed pineapple into a blender or food processor. Add a touch of honey to taste, and your Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie is ready!

On your next trip to the store, pick up some cow’s milk, strawberries, and crushed pineapple so you can make this creamy, delicious, protein-packed smoothie at home!
