Fage Total Split Cup is a delicious, all-natural Greek strained yogurt with fruit toppings that make a yummy protein-rich breakfast, snack or dessert.
Our days are busy, busy, busy with working full-time, blogging, and taking care of an elderly parent. While my husband and I are trying to eat better, wholesome food is not always convenient or portable for an on-the-go lifestyle. So when grocery shopping, we look for better choices that will fit into our lifestyle.
Every day we are trying to make small changes to our diet like eating less sugar, steering clear of artificial ingredients, and paying attention to where our food comes from. We are starting to spend more time reading nutrition labels.
A few years ago we discovered FAGE and we usually have some FAGE in our refrigerator at any given time. It has been one of our go-to brands.
They asked that I try the FAGE Total Split Cup with awesome fruit toppings that come in three fat varieties, including FAGE Total (whole milk), FATE Total 2% and FAGE Total 0% Split Cup.
I really like the blueberry flavor of FAGE Total Split Cup. However, in addition to blueberry, they feature 10 other fruit flavors, including strawberry, cherry, and peach.

I love these FAGE Total Split Cups because they are portable. They are perfect for portable breakfast. I also like to take them to work for lunch or for an afternoon snack.
My husband and I have been eating them for dessert instead of some other high sugar dessert. We used to have ice cream for dessert in the evenings on too frequent a basis. While I love ice cream, I feel better having a blueberry or strawberry FAGE Total Split Cup because it is rich and creamy but without all the guilt!
Why do I feel less guilty when eating FAGE? That is because it has more protein than sugar. Rich, creamy, and protein-rich? That gets a big YES from me!
So, give FAGE Total Split Cups a try. They are a perfect addition to a lunch bag, or for an on-the-go snack, or a creamy, indulgent dessert.
