A Great Day with Fage

I love these FAGE Total Split Cups because they are portable. They are perfect for portable breakfast. I also like to take them to work for lunch or for an afternoon snack.

My husband and I have been eating them for dessert instead of some other high sugar dessert. We used to have ice cream for dessert in the evenings on too frequent a basis. While I love ice cream, I feel better having a blueberry or strawberry FAGE Total Split Cup because it is rich and creamy but without all the guilt!

Why do I feel less guilty when eating FAGE? That is because it has more protein than sugar. Rich, creamy, and protein-rich? That gets a big YES from me!
