This Easy Blue Cheese and Olive Plate makes an impressive presentation, tastes incredible, and may just be the easiest appetizer you will ever make, especially for movie night entertaining to watch the Burnt movie.

Cheese and Olive plate

I don’t see get out to see movies very often. When I see movie previews, there are really only a few I want to see. However, the Burnt movie, released October 30th, with Bradley Cooper playing a Michelin star chef in a Paris restaurant and then opening his own London restaurant is definitely at the top of my list of movies I want to see.   Why? Let’s see. There is Bradley Cooper, and lots of beautiful gourmet food, and Bradley Cooper, and did I mention Bradley Cooper? https://ooh.li/0ef4b34

Burnt is about Chef Adam Jones (played by Bradley Cooper) who was a two star Michelin Chef in Paris and because of drugs and alcohol lost it all! However, he gets a second chance when he gets hired as chef at a fine dining restaurant in London. Demanding perfection from his staff, he gets another chance at an elusive third Michelin star.

Our movie nights are typically spent at home lounging on our comfy couch and enjoying some delicious food, such as this Easy Blue Cheese and Olive Plate. We love to enjoy easy, relaxing yet impressive plates of delicious gourmet food.

For this Easy Blue Cheese and Olive Plate to work, you have to use high quality ingredients since there are so few ingredients. That is why I recommend using Castello® cheese because they are creatively crafted, and always made with natural ingredients and great attention to detail. Just add some olives from the olive bar at the store as well as some gourmet crackers or artisan bread.
