  • Burrata Cheese Balls
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Crackers
  • Basil leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Peaches
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries

  • Peppers
  • Pickles: sweet or dill

Instructions

  • Wash, dry and prepare your fruit and vegetables. Slice, cube and deseed fruit.
  • Get your favorite board or large platter and place the burrata cheese in a small container in the middle, or open the burrata and spread out in a line or in a swirl.
  • Add rows of meat and fruit, or if you are using a round platter, randomly place fruit in groups and meat around the board. Add asparagus or basil and mint leaves for some different colors.
  • Place the crackers and nuts around the board.
  • Drizzle the burrata with olive oil and sprinkle it with pepper or chili powder.
  • After the board is assembled, add a sprinkle of pepper generously across the board.

Notes

Since charcuterie board sizes vary, that can affect the amount of ingredients you will use. I did not specify specific amounts because the burrata board is so customizable.
Serve with dips, marmalades, or jams on the side, such as this Homemade Ranch Dressing, or Homemade Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, or a Balsamic Glaze, like the Homemade Balsamic Glaze used in my Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe.
To Store, place ingredients in airtight containers and store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
