I just started a new day job in a new city. I have a new morning routine in which I have to be out the door by 7 am.
I don’t have much time in the morning so these Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats are a perfect on-the-go breakfast for me. These are super easy to make if you make them the night before.
I just stir everything together and refrigerate in the morning. When I wake up I have perfectly sweet and delicious oatmeal that required no cooking! All I have to do is grab a spoon and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Stir together all the ingredients in a medium bowl or in a large mason jar. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
