2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon mustard 2 stalks chopped celery 1 small onion chopped 1 to mato chopped 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup chopped pecans 8 slices bread lettuce sliced tomatoes
In a large bowl add in the first 8 ingredients. Stir until chicken chicken is thoroughly coated and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Serve on bread with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
