Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 slices bread
  • lettuce
  • sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add in the first 8 ingredients. Stir until chicken chicken is thoroughly coated and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Serve on bread with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
