Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a medium bowl or in a large mason jar. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
