Notes

Buttermilk Substitution: If you don't have buttermilk on hand, you can make a substitute by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before using.
Avocado Ripeness: Use a ripe avocado for the best flavor and texture. It should yield slightly when gently squeezed but not be overly mushy or firm.
Blend the dressing until smooth and creamy. Make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated for a uniform texture.
Seasoning Adjustments: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Add more herbs, spices, lime juice, or salt as needed to enhance the flavor to your liking.
Chilling Time: For optimal results, refrigerate the dressing for several hours or overnight before using. This allows the flavors to meld together and the dressing to thicken.
Storage: Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can typically be kept for up to a week. Give it a good stir before each use, as separation may occur.
