Chocolate Mug Cakes for Two
These are delicious, portion-controlled, chocolatey desserts for you and your sweetheart that are perfect for Valentine's Day or any day you would like a mini chocolate cake for one or two.

Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 7 minutes
For each cup or mug:
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
- 1 strawberry optional for garnish
- powdered sugar optional for garnish
In one mug, using a spoon, stir together the first 7 ingredients. Add the mini chocolate chips on top in the center. No need to push down.
Repeat step 1 in the second mug.
Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. (Time varies depending on microwave.)
Remove from microwave. Sprinkle a teaspoon of powdered sugar on top. Add a strawberry to garnish, if desired.
