Peach Cobbler Filling 8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Add the peaches to the Dutch Oven and then add the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch, lemon juice, and stir.
Add the blueberries for color and sweetness.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, melted butter, and milk.
Then drop spoonfuls of batter on top of the peach cobbler filling.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
Spoon over the top of the peach cobbler.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with ice cream.
