  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • Add the first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water. Stir into the teriyaki sauce.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Use right away or refrigerate until ready to use.
