Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. and place the ham, cut side down, in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish
How To Make The Peach Ham Glaze
In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar, peach preserves, vinegar, and mustard. Stir until combined. Continue stirring over medium heat until the mixture starts to bubble. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
How To Glaze The Ham
Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
Bake The Ham
Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Glaze And Bake The Ham Some More
Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake for another 15-30 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 145° and the ham is heated through. Let rest 5 minutes and then serve.

Double the glaze if you want some for serving on the side. I like to spoon some of the glaze over the ham about 5 minutes before serving.
Heat Level. Be sure to keep the saucepan on medium heat and no higher. Don't get in too big a hurry because you want the glaze to burn.
Temperature. If you are wondering at what temperature is the ham done? According to the USDA, pre-cooked ham is safe to eat cold. However, since this is the centerpiece for a holiday dinner, heat the ham until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
