4-1/2 ounces Cacique® Ranchero® Pork Chorizo, (half of a package) 1/2 onion , diced 1 - 2 jalapenos , diced 4 ounces Cacique® Oaxaca Part-Skim Milk Cheese (half of a package) 4 ounces Cacique® Manchego Part-Skim Milk Cheese (half of a package) 2 dollops Cacique® Spicy Jalapeno Mexican Style Sour Cream
Cook the chorizo per the package instructions.
Add the chopped onion and jalapeno and cook with the chorizo.
Drain the Ranchero® chorizo.
Add the shredded Cacique® Oaxaca and Manchego cheeses and stir until the cheeses melt.
Squeeze in a dollop of the Cacique® Spicy Jalapeno Mexican Style Sour Cream and stir. This makes the dip extra rich and creamy.
If desired, garnish the Cheesy Chorizo Jalapeno Mexican Dip with additional sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. (Optional)
