Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cover a baking sheet with foil.
In a large plastic zip top bag, add brown sugar and pepper.
Add 1 slice of bacon at a time in the bag. Toss to coat evenly. Place bacon on foil covered baking sheet. Repeat for each slice of bacon.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes. Time may vary depending on the thickness of the bacon.
