  • Season the pork with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and sage. In a large skillet over medium high heat add 1 tablespoon oil. Brown the pork. Turn to brown each side. Remove pork. Set aside.
  • Add more oil if needed. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add red wine and cook for about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth. Then add cranberries, brown sugar, mustard, and hot sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add pork back into the pan with the sauce. Stir pork and cook until the meat is fully cook and the sauce has glazed the pork.
