Bacon Wrapped Smokies {With Spicy Chipotle and Brown Sugar}
The bacon, which is wrapped around the little smokies sausages, becomes crispy and the brown sugar caramelizes, and combines with the chipotle chile powder to provide an awesome flavor combination.

1 pound bacon 1 16-ounce package Li'l Smokies sausages 1 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each strip around the little sausage.
In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and the chipotle chile powder.
Roll the bacon wrapped smokies in the chipotle brown sugar mixture and place on a foil-covered baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
