Peppermint White Hot Chocolate
Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy, is sweet, minty, and comforting and makes a wonderful holiday hot chocolate.
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener (or 4 teaspoons sugar)
- Refrigerated whipped topping
- Crushed peppermints
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring milk to a boil. Stir continuously.
Stir in white chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Add in peppermint extract and SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener.
Garnish with whipped topping and crushed peppermints.
