Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain & rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cooked tortellini, pesto, tomatoes, & mozzarella and gently mix to combine
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves
