Make The Chicken Wonton Tacos
Prepare the Wonton Wrappers
Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees F.
Spray the wonton wrappers with cooking spray, or brush with canola oil.
Drape the wonton wrappers over the side of a baking dish or over oven-safe taco racks. (Make sure to spray with cooking spray the surface you will drape the wonton wrappers over.)
Bake the wonton wrappers for 8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Cook The Chicken
Add the diced raw chicken to half of the bang bang sauce. Toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and saute for 8 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the cooked chicken from heat and toss in remaining bang bang sauce.
Assemble the Chicken Wonton Tacos
Add the cooked chicken in bang bang sauce to the wonton shells. Top with coleslaw.
Garnish The Tacos
Garnish the tacos with green onions and cilantro. Enjoy!
Notes
If you find your Bang Bang Sauce is too sweet, you can add more mayonnaise or more Sriracha.
If you find your Bang Bang Sauce is too spicy, you can add more mayonnaise or more honey.
To keep the wonton cups crispy and prevent sticking to the surface, be sure to spray with cooking spray the surface that you will drape the wonton wrappers over.
You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts, and it will work well in the recipe.
