Greek Seasoned Porterhouse Steak with Cucumber and Tomato Salad
This grilled Greek Seasoned Porterhouse Steak is tender, juicy, and flavorful, seasoned perfectly with the Greek seasoning and served with a cool Cucumber and Tomato Salad.
Grate lemon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from lemon.
Combine Greek seasoning and lemon peel with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Reserve 2 teaspoons mixture for salad.
Press remaining mixture evenly onto beef steaks. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
Place steaks on grill over medium heat. Grill, covered, 15 to 19 minutes for medium rare (145 degrees F) to medium (160 degrees F) doneness, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, combine reserved 2 teaspoons seasoning mixture, lemon juice, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, and cheese in medium bowl, stirring to combine.
Carve steaks into slices. Season with salt, as desired. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Serve beef with cucumber and tomato salad.
In a small bowl mix spices together and store in a sealed container.
