  • 2 cups cooked shredded or cubed chicken breast
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 8 slices bread


  • Stir chicken, tomato, celery and green onions together in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl mix together mayonnaise parsley, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce.
  • Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken. Stir together until everything is coated with the mayonnaise.
  • Place lettuce on top of the bread. Then top the lettuce with 1/4 of the chicken salad. Top with the other slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
