Easy Pulled Pork Nachos by Gridiron Grub Guru
These Easy Pulled Pork Nachos by Gridiron Grub Guru with barbecue sauce, tortilla chips, and melted cheese are delicious and easy to throw together for a gameday party.
- 1/2 pound Prepared Pulled Pork
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 24 tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
In a medium bowl mix add the pulled pork and barbecue sauce. Stir to cover all the pork in barbecue sauce.
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large plate or serving platter.
Cover the chips with pulled pork.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Microwave for about 90 seconds to heat and melt cheese. (Microwaves vary, so time may need to be adjusted.)
Spoon some pico de gallo over the top of the nachos and serve hot.
