These quick and easy Ginger Pumpkin Mini Cheesecake Pies, with only four ingredients, will save you time and stress during the holiday season.
- 3 Dannon® Light & Fit® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt® single serve cups
- 3 mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 (13-ounce) can Reddi-wip® original
- 1/4 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
Spoon yogurt into each of the mini pie crusts.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, add a dollop of Reddi-wip® original and crushed gingerbread cookies.
