Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce package Honeysuckle White Ground Turkey
  • 2 teaspoons store bought or homemade Greek seasoning*
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 12 leaves of butter lettuce or bibb lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1 large cucumber chopped
  • 24 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Top each Greek Turkey Taco Lettuce Wrap with chopped red onions, chopped cucumbers, chopped tomatoes (halved cherry tomatoes), and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

* You could substitute Italian Seasoning instead of Greek Seasoning.
