Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup fresh green grapes
  • 1 15 oz can mandarin oranges in juice, drained
  • Honey Lime Dressing
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest zest of 2 medium limes
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add all fruit. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest and lime juice. Pour the Honey Lime Dressing over the fruit shortly before serving. Toss the fruit to evenly coat.
