2 cups fresh strawberries diced 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh pineapple diced 1 cup fresh green grapes 1 15 oz can mandarin oranges in juice, drained Honey Lime Dressing 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp lime zest zest of 2 medium limes 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
In a large bowl add all fruit. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest and lime juice. Pour the Honey Lime Dressing over the fruit shortly before serving. Toss the fruit to evenly coat.
