Ingredients

  • 1 box 12 oz. Skinner Texas Shaped pasta
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 8 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups cooked peas
  • 2-3 jalapenos sliced (add more to increase heat and fewer jalapenos to reduce heat)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • Place cooked, drained pasta in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl stir together the ranch dressing and seasoning mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Spoon the ranch dressing sour cream mixture into the bowl with the pasta. Stir to combine until all pasta is covered with the dressing.
  • Add bacon, chopped tomatoes, cooked peas, cheese, and jalapenos to the pasta. Stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate the pasta salad until ready to serve.
