Oven Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large baking dish mix all ingredients together. Toss asparagus to ensure that is is evenly covered with the olive oil and seasonings.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Grate fresh parmesan cheese before serving.
